The advantage of leaders made from Semperfli CWT is that they are very supple.

Semperfli CWT has no memory. This means the leaders do not need to be stretched straight after being taken out of the packaging.

CWT leaders are slightly less robust than nylon leaders.

When the leader is not greased, it will absorb some moisture and slowly start to sink. This creates a slowly sinking leader.

To make the leaders float well, they can be greased. However, keep in mind that the grease will fully penetrate the material of the leader. Once a leader has been greased, it is very difficult, essentially impossible, to degrease it again.
