The DT #2 Double Taper is designed for one thing: pure subtlety on the water. This line is ideal for fishing dry flies and small nymphs, where finesse, control and a soft presentation make the difference between watching and catching.

Thanks to its double taper profile, the line tapers at both ends. This allows for an extremely gradual transfer of power, smoothly rounding your casts and landing your fly almost silently. Just what you need on clear, calm water or with shy fish that are easily disturbed.

Because the line can be used on both sides, it also lasts longer: when one side has had its best time, simply turn the line over and you can continue fishing with a fresh tapering section.

Sustainability has also been considered: the line comes on a biodegradable spool and in environmentally friendly packaging.
